WAKESTOCK.

From Thursday to Monday, I was at Wakestock Festival in Wales, which was probably one of the best weekends of my life. I saw Neon Trees, (who I mainly went for) Biffy Clyro, Zane Low, Chase and Status, Ellie Goulding, Example, Noisettes, Kelis, Ed Sheeran, Far East Movement, The Cribs, The Wombats, Kids in Glass Houses and other bands I didn't know the names of. It was just so amazing! I got the drumstick from Neon Trees, and didn't shut up about it for the whole time we were there;) On the Friday, the four of us went into Pwllheli, and had a look around the shops, and went into a nice little cafe, where I had tuna salad and chips. We went to Abersoch on the Saturday with some lads we know from by us, and had a pizza and went to the beach there, which was gorgeous! I'll post some photos when I get my camera developed! On Sunday, we went to another beach (most of the good bands didn't start til around 7 all weekend) which was down the road from the festival, which again was so nice. It was so good to have the independance of waking up, and deciding where to go in the day time, choosing where to eat for dinner, staying in a tent, going to around 5 gigs a night ...it was just an amazing weekend! I was so incredibly tired when I got home yesterday, and on the Saturday night, we just stayed up with all the lads from the tent next to us. I am kind of glad to be home though, and having spaghetti bolgenaise, a shower and getting into bed yesterday, was literally the best thing ever.
